The Clan consists of 2 main Sections:
The 51st Infantry Division in Combat Arms, a freeload FPS
and the 56th Infantry Division in Call of Duty 4, Modern Warfare.

Founded in 1999 by Aragon as an Operation-Flashpoint
Clan
The Clan had its prime in the days
of AvP2, which we played between 2002 and 2007.
During this time we, as a “multi-gaming”-Clan,
had up to 300 members with all other sections. (BF 1942, CoD,
Vietcong, Eve-Online).
The first real break-up of the clan
came in 2004, where the CoD section split up to form their
own Clan. Also the AvP2 Division had some setbacks. With the
remaining members, the leaders decided to close down all sections
apart from AvP2. The Clan battled on against the foes of the
universe.
After the death of AvP2, the Clan tried
to establish itself in other Games, for example RTCW: Enemy
Territory. Failing in doing so, the Clan was “put to
sleep” by the leaders in order to have a fresh start
with a new game.
The next try came in 2008 with the
new shooter Starship Troopers. Due to a really bad multiplayer
mode, the clan was once again “put to sleep”.
In 2009 the long expected AvP3 has
been published. But all good expectations were blown to bits
again due to a, in our eyes, failed multiplayer mode.
The Clan broke apart. Both Top leaders
(Aragon & Faquey aka Rig4Red) have left the clan, only
to meet up in a shabby garage on the 12th December 2009 –
just to decide that it would be a shame to let the 9th Army
die. At first the “new”-Old clan was called 51st
Infantry Division. At the same time the former 9th Army has
been abandoned by the remaining Players. In 2010 the 51st
ID has been a platform of communication for former 9th Army
members. At the End of the year 2010 it was decided that the
clan will rise again.
The 9th Army was reborn with its two
sections: the 51st ID – Combat Arms Div.
the 56th ID – CoD4 MW Div.
